max bonus heal rate?

if im not mistaken, a human 12 pally (hotd)/7mk/1rg(umd) is the highest healing amp buuild in game. 20% HotD II, 20% mk, 30%human, 10-20-30% shroud/dt/epic claw items, 10% finger necklace.
not sure how it all stacks, but i hit one with a scroll on my bard for 620 points, and he is missing the 30% enhancement.

Yes, Backup in my guild is one ... I was on my cleric casting mass cure lights during a shroud and watching crits heal him for over 1500hp while the pug WF standing next to him is getting bout 100 or two... and could not help but think seems seomwhat missplaced... Backup's hp is near half the WF.

The idea behind the build you're speaking of is all about self healing...
