    Default In-game help....***!!!

    Of all the things in game that should run perfect (or at least as close as possible) you would think that the help system would be one of them. Apperantly this is not how turbine or who ever cheks their code thinks. After the dragon in prey bugged( yeah Big Freaking Suprise there) my whole party tries to submitt tickets and after writing the **** thing we all get a white screen and no ticket is submitted.

    ***!!!! is this you idea of telling us your on break. Oh i forgot you need to actually work to need a break. this isnt the first time this has happend and it **** sure wont be the last. Because apperantly the game and code testers couldnt find the G spot on a 12lb ***** let alone find a bug.

    Edit: and before anyone says it yes a bug report has been submitted......that still works

    I've found that when submitting tickets, usually only one person seems to be able to get one through. I'm suspicious that this may be a new feature to prevent ticket flooding, one that ended up broken in this case.

    We are having the same issue right now... The dragon won't talk to us and we are trying to submit tickets, but get a white screen and they never get submitted.

    We ended up having one of our party members recall and submit a ticket from outside the quest. A GM as able to fix the problem... I'd say 10 to 15 min's after a ticket was submitted.
