I was pretty sure it was worth about that much. I was thinking of only taking an offer of 4mil plat +the ingredients or 2mil plat a few tomes and the ingredients. If anyone has a royal Gaurd mask to throw in i would adjust the figures also. More of a novelty item for me than a solid want though.

1) A large part of this item's value is that its the lowest level [10th] for a wop?

2) If it was race restricted, would that move the min lvl down?

1. If it was a higher plus, its value would probably be much higher. After all, you'd hit more often.

2. If it was RR, it would probably be worth less than something with the same plus value, though I'm uncertain if that's the case.

1) Not really. Since you need to penetrate DR for wounding to take effect (and better chance to hit), and some that may use wop are dex builds with low str, you want a higher +. Higher + wop's are valued more.

2) Yes, if it was RR, it'd move the min. lvl to 8.

1) Not really. The + is not a consideration for the average person that is after a w/p rapier.

2) Yes, if it were RR, it would me ml:8, and increase the value in the eyes of a few.

I'm with Davey on this one but i may be biased.

1. The plus to hit is negligible to me unless say it was +3 or above. My + to hit is so high i rarely miss anyways. I could see how someone wanting to use it on some sort of hybrid build without a full BAB would value the higher + to hit though.
2. I'm pretty sure a R/R halfling or Elf could possibly raise the value up quite a bit to the right buyer.

On a side note i think either the holiday season or all the Crying for WoP nerfs has lowered the interest in this item marginally. I recieved no Pms or offers until Tenacious posted his offer and have only recived 4 or 5 offers tottal. Most all of them very worthy offers though.

for lower STR finesse builds the + can matter for DR in the offhand also
