Error when trying to open game

I recently got this error message window when attempting to open the game:

"An error has occurred.

So what does this mean?

FYI, I'm on a work laptop that I've had no problems in the past playing DDO, however a new program (Trusted Desktop) was recently installed on the comp. I'm not sure if this is causing the problem or not.

Please advise.

I dont think trusted Desktop has anything to do with not conecting, its probally being blocked by your company. If you are playing at home, make sure the firewall is turned off.
