I was trying to put together a build that was specifically designed to maximize returns on all stat points. The question that I realized I did not know was whether or not there would or could be +4 tomes when the level cap and quest levels went up to 20+.
So, does anyone know if +4 tomes will be available at some point in the future?
Seems a silly question, but I'd hate to spend all that time leveling a new character and then discover I'd wasted 6 stat points counting on +3 tomes.
