My Fav character is not possible under the DDO (or ever 4.0) rules.
If you are asking about Fav DDO character, it's my favorite role-playing character in DDO, Shaamis "Kegtapper" BloodFist.
Turbine might change the rules, which can kill a build, but if you enjoy playing a character because of the personality and role-playing hooks you have developed for him/her, they can't take that away.
If none of that matters, just make a build-of-the-month.

My favorite DDO Character is Bekki.
He is the second character I ever rolled, and one of only four
that survied my 32 Pt. purge.
I had no plan for him and shifted on the Fly but he turned out to be very fun.
I dn't think I will ever re-roll him.
As my sig Shows, he will be a Fighter 10, Ranger 06.
Not sue which way I am going to go after the Level Cap increase.
He is a fun character to play, and can hold his own pretty well.

The one in my sig, I rolled her the first day drow came out as a 8 fighter / 2 pali. She was one of the first of her kind an has remained great mod after mod. They can wack her with nerf bats all they want , she just shrugs them off
Most ppl call me Az. Captains crew on G-land.
My favorite DDO character is my evasion/trapsmith Cleric, Pantalaimon. He's 14c/2 rogue, has full rogue search/spot/DD/OL, and a decent reflex save..
I like evasion, I like self healing.. I like the offensive arsenal at a cleric's disposal, and I like that Pants can serve as a regular cleric with just a few deficiencies.. (no level 8 spells till mod 8, only 1360 sp..)

I stubornly stick to my first and Main. Talonkage Rgr7/Rog4/Wiz5.
He can do it all, and has.
That said I have never built another like him.
I really want to lvl up a 32pt Dragonmarked Elf Rgr.
I do have a lowbie who was planned as a Rgr6/Rog##. Which I think I would love.
I like Ranged combat (Bows)
I like Rogue skills and love high SA damage and assassination.
I love arcane spells, and love Wiz/Sorcs.
I like Elfs and Drow.
I love Stealth.
Invisibility
Haste/Displacement.
I also like DD and teleport. And expeditious retreat.
I hate Dwaves.
I hate Brbs.
I hate Elitism.
I hate competion....except among real friends.
I like versitility and dislike one-trick ponies.
I like UMD. For self sufficency and not needing a cleric to do a quest.
I have enjoyed my Pal14/Rog2....30 Cha! But too melee oriented for my tastes, and too frail to be melee oriented. But invincible against magic!
I've made tons of chars....had some success with some odd-ball builds. But mostly, I've come back to Rgrs, Wizs, and Rogs....maybe Sorcs and high Cha Evasion Pal.
Elf, Drow or maybe human......with a token WF here and there.
And any future chars I make will include high stealth skills as well.
tied between a pure monk and a bardbarrian
Monk, i'm still figuring out how to use her best as i go along. Complex character, kinda hard to play, makes for some interesting adventures.
Bardbarrian is just super fun, can do anything, and do it well, most of the time. Have had some stunned players when I pulled some stuff off that no one imagined could happen.
I think my favorite toon right now is my Tempest Monk.
Pretty good AC (in the low to mid 60s, and can get higher, no uber stuff yet.)
Hits on a fairly regular basis. (+25 to hit duel wielding kamas, doing about 20-30 pts per hit)
Self sufficient, and self buffing, to a point.
It's right now a 10 Monk/6 Ranger.
Nothing will ever top my bard, Freeman. None of my other characters are as versatile or fun to play. He may not be the best at any one particular thing, but he's the only character I never feel bored while playing. I've been playing bards since 2nd edition, and they've always been my favorite class in any D&D game. Come to think of it, I think I've only ever had one bard die in a PnP campaign. Okay, one of them didn't technically die, he just had his soul sucked out of his body and into the Abyss, to the point where a Wish spell would have been necessary just to locate his soul and retrieving it would have required an epic-level adventure. But he was still alive.(Maybe drawing from the Deck of Many Things wasn't such a good idea with my luck)
Freeman - Human Bard - Thelanis Fulfilling my duty to the ladies of Stormreach
Yuvben(Halfling Rogue), Acana(Drow Sorcerer), Walket(Human Cleric), Mahoukami (WF Wizard), Knicapper(Horc Fighter), Pyetr(Human Bard), Mazinger (WF Barb), and Belcar(Halfling Ranger).
That would have to be my chaotic good, drow elf Frobozz...

Frobozz says it all if you are an old school gamer. He is a tribute to Infocom, one of the very first computer game companies that challenged our imaginations and immersed us in a world of adventure. When I was 12, my Dad purchased my first computer, a Commodore 64 (in 1982). I spent many hours playing the infocom games (as well as many otherse of course).
Zork II: The Wizard of Frobozz was Frobozz's introduction to the world. The packaging states:
In Zork II, you will explore a long hidden region of the Empire, a region dominated by the Wizard of Frobozz. The Wizard was once a respected Enchanter, but when his powers began to fade he was exiled by Lord Dimwit Flathead the Excessive. Now bordering on senility, the Wizard is still a force to be reckoned with. Your goal, as you venture into the Wizard's realm, is to avoid his capricious tricks and learn to control his magic.
Big 'ups to old school gaming...

Right now, my capped toons are pretty boring, shroud/hound, rinse and repeat....
So right now my level 8 dwarf rogue Agrophobe, is my favorite. rogue 6/ranger 2, plenty of dps, not a bad healer, and can still open traps given the right buffs.
My favorite character is Kiranselie, my 16th pure rogue. She can get any trap, out dps all but the most twinked rangers and barbs, can handle the role of healer in a 6 man quest, and is quite fun soloing too. Definately the most survivable, versatile character ive ever played.
I've got my affairs in order for the coming zombie apocalypse, do you?
Favorite toon: Joyson 16 ranger, because ive been playing him scince mod 2 and hes been good to me ever scince and has been forgiving to play
Favorite build: right now im working on a 14 cleric 2 monk wf, he will have his wis bonus to ac, wf healers freind, self healing, evaision, and wf resistances, best build and funnest build ive played so far...
right now its my new ranger on Thelanis I love making force arrows.
Beware the Sleepeater
My favorite character is Rhynn. He is the best Cleric on all servers.
