    Default Happy Birthday TA!

    Riott didn't post anything, so I will.

    Dec. 14 marked the 8th anniversary of the founding of Twilight Avengers in a game called Everquest. The dreamchild of a monk and wizard who met one fateful day on the dock of South Qeynos, our goal was to promote a family type fun atmosphere where we could join together and adventure accross the lands and seek out great battles and spin tales.

    TA has been very close knit since its inception. Our ties go beyond the game. We have had many real life gatherings, with hours of phone calls and instant messages filling the days and nights. Deep friendships have formed and prospered, and in some cases real life relationships have formed.

    The TA banner flies in many MMORPGs. Each chapter of the guild has taken on its own flavor with the playstyle and goals being a bit different, but the underlying theme of family and friends still remains.

    Thanks to all of Khyber and DDO for making things fun. May there be many more great years for all of us!

    Great bunch of guys to group with, as long as I'm not on my Cleric.

    Lots of friends in the guild and the guild's name amongst the members of a pug puts any worries I might otherwise have had to rest.

    The TA guild tag still makes me say "well at least there's one good player in the group" when forming a PUG.

    This is a good thing, and hard to maintain. Happy birthday TA!

    As that "monk" in EQ it's amazing to me when I look back and see just how many freinds I've met and still talk too because of a "guild".
