So the ability to submit in game tickets is bugged again? Nice, very nice.

Edit: Ok, so apprently the in game tickets are only bugged in Prey on the Hunter. But we managed to get a hold of a GM through a guildie, who was not with us and could submit tickets, and the GM we got was very helpful and took care of our problem for us. And yes I bug reported the ticket issue and the original issue that caused the need for help.
