What happened to Halfling dragonmarks?

I think dragonmarks used to be tied to favor.... is this on your primary server?

Correct, they only become available once you do the simple question and answer quest near the mailbox in the Harbor.

I have 1750 on all.

I thought you only had to do it once on the server, not once per character you want it on.

Yes but was that char made when you did the quest? if not then it does not count as unlocked.

You only have to run the Dragon Mark quest once per server. After that they should be unlocked for all current and future characters.



P.S. I just rolled up a 28pt version of Impaqts Mighty Midget on Thelanis about 3 weeks ago and I was able to take the Dragon Mark on him because I had run the quest on an older character.

Dragonmarks -- can't select them at character creation any more? have to swap a feat for them? doesn't sound right to me.

Characters made before you do the quest (could be same character, could be different - doesn't matter) won't be flagged, IIRC.

Once you've done the quest on someone, when you make a new character the 'marks should appear in the creation list. Note only the least 'mark will be visible unless you tick the box to show unavailable.

ALL of your characters can individually do Lockania's quest to get one no-shard-required feat swap free for each character. Each character has to do their own Q & A quest to get that flag. Takes all of about a minute, less if you've done it so often you don't actually have to think about the dialog any more.
