Could We Please Get Chainmail In Stealer Of Souls?

Devs could you please add chainmail to the armor list in stealer of souls ???

the sos leather armor bonus is the same as plus 5 mithrial chainmail.

So aside of the bonus from runes it's not very appealing and my ranger is not a robe guy.

I assume you mean a chain shirt. A chain shirt is light armor with an AC bonus of 4 and a max dex bonus of 4. Good for Evasion characters with moderate dex. Chainmail is medium armor with an armor bonus of 5 and a max dex bonus of 2. In all cases worse than the breastplate now available. But yes, I too would like to see a chain shirt made available.

A chain shirt is what i meant as the breastplate as you have stated isn't much better.

The rune bonus is nice but why trade my mithrial chain shirt that has the same ac the sos leather has with the +4 natural armor and not get the better ac from a chain shirt.

even with the natural plus 4 because of the fact it's leather i still end up with the same ac
where a chain shirt would be at min plus 2 better ac.

not a very good trade off on a twf evasion type.

It would be nice to have more options, even if only for the fact that we all don't want to look like we are from the same army.

I'd Love to see ScaleMail, Hyde or even Brigidine.

Or have the option to pick color and style of garment.

I don't give up my +5 MFPs because they are unique looking, and, I have crafted enough in the shroud to not really need anything from DT.

IMO the DT is fine. It doesn't grant better AC - it merely simplifies equipment issues. I can finally fit resist 5, Pro 5, and insight 4 (or dodge 3) on all of my characters.
