it soulds as if your trojans or something on your PC changed some of the coding i would recomand downloading the newest updated copy from DDO.com and installing it

also if you do down load it i recomand saving the files

if your still have problems after a reinstall their could be something else wronge

i my case if i get a viruse i reinstall my hole PC as viruse scanners don't always catch or/and fix every thing

if you do this just make sure to back up all data.

and most of the views are probably players that my not have the first idia about how to help you

If you are still having pop-ups you are going to want to run a deep virus scan. What operating system are you using and what are you using for anti-virus software?

    Default try this

I had a similar prob when I caught a virus. After trying lots and lits of things, this finally worked, though I dont know why. This comes froma Turbine rep and worked for XP, I dont know which operating system You are using, so may o may no work....good luck

Thank you for your inquiry. Please open the XP Control Panel (Start Menu > Control Panel) and select the Add or Remove Programs option. In the list that comes up look for "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1" and "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 (Hotfix)" and uninstall both of those starting with "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1" and then the Hotfix (Which will give an error but it will remove itself from the list) and download and reinstall them from the links below:

    Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1:
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

    The 1.1 Service Pack (Hotfix):
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Once those have been updated/reinstalled please relaunch the game to test. If the issue persists please create a new XP user account login via the User Accounts option in the XP control panel. (Start > Control Panel > User Accounts) Set it up as a Computer Administrator account, and log off of your current XP login and into that one to try the game there.

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u.../accounts.mspx

Essentially the steps outlined in that article but instead of creating a "Limited" account as they detail create a "Computer Administrator" account when presented with the option to choose.

    Thank you,
