Where is the Support

We have waited over 35 minutes for support - This is crazy - No help...

I have canceled 3 accounts today - I have 3 left and getting ready to kill two more.

How hard is it to support a game? I would think with all the issues trying to keep players you would at least support paying customers.

First - I never wait for support for quest problems, I just report a bug and restart. It's like waiting in traffic .. I'd rather take the long way around as at least I am moving.

Second - This is not a game with a lot of resources. The sooner you realize that, the happier you will be. Enjoy what you can, and put things in perspective. In reality, what percentage of your total game time spent up until now was ruined by an in-game problem? My guess is not much.
