Usually I use the AH for everything, but I'm a n00b without big bucks, so I'm hoping maybe I can get a better deal by bypassing the AH's 30% take.

I have 1.1Mgp right now, which probably doesn't cut it, but I'll offer it anyhow. That's equivalent to selling on the AH for 1.57Mgp. And you'd make me really happy because it would be the most uber equipment I'd ever owned!

If no takers, I'll keep saving up, so if you're interested in a direct sale of +5 MFP at a slightly higher price, let me know and I may get back to you!

Note: Target character is an 8th level Dwarf -- anything she can wear is fine with me, and I'd also consider a min level 10 set [with whatever random attribute added on], since I'll get there before TOO long.

To the OP: you might definitely want to take a look at the dragontouched armor. It's free (just have to run 4 quests), and you can get other cool bonuses on it.

Look closer: 500k plat is WAY more than I'm offering. I'm offer 1.1 M gold pieces, or 110k plat.

I've seen many sets on the AH for 2M to 3M gold (200k to 300k plat), but occasionally I've spotted one around 1.5 (150k plat), so I'm hoping my offer isn't comical.

If it is, then so be it. I can live with no takers.

Interesting! Can you tell me more details? What kinda level do I have to reach for this? At my pace, level 16 is a LONG LONG way off. Even level 12 has to be considered "distant future." I've been playing the game on and off for two years now, and I my highest level character is 9 (though close to 10! ).

And is this a guaranteed reward of these 4 quests, or are we talking tens of hours of farming?

Oh hehe sorry, these are mostly for L16's. But yes, it's a guaranteed reward once you're done with the 4 quests. And it's the reason why Mith. FP are now much cheaper than they used to be.

In the last month I've seen a few with a buyout of 1.5 mil gold. They MAY have been ugly as sin once you buy them, but they weren't damaged or anything. Just an fyi.

THANKS! Sent PM. But it's not any kind of secret. Her name is Darrea. Someday she'll be a Fighter 10/Ranger 6, which is based on trying to squeeze every possible point of damage (and equally importantly attack rate) out of a TWF build. I believe she's my 5th attempt at a "pure" DPS build and she is BY FAR the keeper. Very effective; very fun. And unlike most "pure" DPS builds, her AC is sorta passable [actually quite good at level 8, but she'll start falling off the pace a little soon], which means keeping her in the best armor is significant!

Say hi to her if you see her!

I have a spare 1 with spikes, but bcuz it looks soooo cool and intimidating it is priced at 300kpp.
