    Default Weakening of Enfeebling?

I pulled a +2 Weakening Dagger of Enfeebling from a Vale chest the other day and was going to sell it because I don't recall ever hearing anyone mention that combination. It's certainly no WoP.

Recently, though, I ran Kobold and the strategy we used relied on WoE weapons for the living spells.

Is Kobold a lone use for this weapon or does it have some value outside that quest?

    Use it on beholders.

They have a very low str, and once they get down to a str of 0, they stop using eyebeams.

I have a pair of the W/E daggers on my midlevel (now 11) rogue. Once the victim hits 0 STR all hits then become crit/sneak and the dps (even when running solo) becomes pretty sick. They have some seriously good uses, BUT, like all stat damaging weapons, become more effective when everyone is using them, or you have very specific foes like Beholders who have very low STR compared to CON. A ranger with a W/E bow can neuter beholders very fast, especially with manyshot.

I have seen the prices on W/E going up a bit (still way short of W/P), as more situations arise where the W/E become a favored approach, like in Kobold. Incap but don't kill the mob, kinda like Flesh to Stone works in some circumstances.

Yeah OP if you have a toon with Imp Crit Pierce, you should keep them. Useful for any low str caster in many situations. Even on non-caster types, if you can get a mob to 0 str, they are useless so in situations where mobs respawn after dying, get them down to 0 and leave them be - they're harmless.

Pretty nice weapon u got there! Grats!

Most casting type mobs have very low Strength and a few wacks with the WoE will remove their ability to cast spells.
