At lvl 11 monks are suposed to gain Greater Flurry of Blows how this working in game right now?

DDO flurry of blows works much differently than the PnP version.
Hence, no upgrades are obtained as there's really not much else that can be done given the way it was implemented.

i understand that the centered bonus in ddo virtually gives the monk a BAB as a fighter, but was wondering if theres more at lvl 11.

No sir. No bonuses to Flurry at 11.
