freezing before it starts

ok, i am a new player(havent even gotten to play yet) everytime i load the game, it freezes on the copyright page, ive done it 5 times now and everytime i have to unplug and remove my battery. any ideas?

how much of the dxdiag am i supposed to post?

and the launcher log, i dont have that file on my computer, its held elsewhere and there is no launcher log or anything close to that, just the dndlauncher file

launcher log files may be "hidden" folders, so you will need to go to the folder options and enable seeing hidden files/folders - the dxdiag - post it all like this
