I hear hunters are popular in WoW... lol sorry I couldn't resist. I think you'll get a better response if you give a basic idea of the kind of character you want... caster... melee... support/healer.. something to give us a starting point. I suck at making optimal builds so I'll leave that part to the pros.

I played WoW for 2 weeks.
My highest level character was 12.
In my experience, they all sucked just as equally.
So it's really up to you.
Just pick a side, race, and class, and wing it.

Check out the Templates for New Characters thread - there should be a barbarian in there you could have fun with.

There is no such thing as a Build that going to magically make you an awesome player. This game at MOST is 50% Build 50% Skill/Gear. Probobly more alone the lines of 25% Build and 75% Gear/Playstyle.

Builds arent looked up to.. People are....

Build dont Die... Players get the character Killed.

I think you need to concentrate a little less on the Character Stats and concentrate more on what you can make your character do.

Imho it goes more along the folowing lines:
    50% player skill
    25% gear
    25% build
Erzskalde (Warchanter) / Erzassassin (just passing through - ignore me) / Erzsoldat (waiting for TR-time) / Erzschmied (ranged Artificer)

IMO that was accurate prior to Mod 8 - Mod 8 allows an idiot with a cookie-cutter evasion melee with two WoP rapiers to be much, much more of an asset to a group than a good player playing a 28 point toon with build errors that hasn't got top end gear.

I'd say it's much more like:

    40% gear
    30% build
    30% playskill

in all of the Mod 8 content except Scorpion Monastery, where playskill trumps everything else like it used to.

As far as builds go, however, give us a rundown on what you want to be able to do - we'll either make it happen, or laugh at you. (Some of us may do both).

First they have to wait for you to equip the gear to get your INT & CHA to 13+ so you can cast level 3 spells

IMO, you would have been better off to go 17 str, 16 dex and con...eat a +1 dex tome at some point and made your barb a twf....too many wasted feats on toughness. And whats the concentration for

the concentration skill is just his mod value from all that constitution... you're right though... bump up the dex level the con and one day may change to twf chain over the thf chain so you're flexible. Also all those toughness are just overkill... least put some improved crit feat on it - plus you've no barbarian critical rage ... in place of one of those toughness toss in IC ... poor dwarven HP/DPS barb plays like a 600lb punching bag but does not hit back hard enough... says very little for his dps side, guess that's the WoW to him?
