Shocking but true:
Some players do NOT get all stats +2 and +3 tomes.
Every piece of raid gear does NOT consecutively drop.

And NO the barb's wis and int is too low to understand anything but this:

(Actually his name is NOT Ginger but 10 prestige points and control of the board if anybody can name what strip that is taken from?)

18 Str + 6 item + 4 level + 2 tome = 30 Str Unraged
10 Dex +6 item + 2 tome = 18 Dex (Enough for good reflex save)
17 Con + 6 item + 1 tome + 2 Enhancements = 26 Con
8 Int
9 Wis +6 Item + 1 Tome = 16 Wis
9 Cha +6 item + 1 Tome = 16 cha Enough if you want to intimidate

Skill wise i'm maxing: Intimidate, Jump and Listen.
Iirc, my barb started missing against bosses with PA 3, imo PA 6 would be a waste (except against trash mobs, though usually better to w/p or vorpal them).
Also, unless it's a personal preference, I would advise against listen. It's nearly worthless except for rp. You would be better off with balance imo.
personally I would work with power attack 8 until you start grabbing some of the end game gear. Madstone boots? make it PA 9 or ten if multiple boots. tumbleweed or always group with a bard? then bump it up to 11. running at -11 PA w/o a bard, madstone, rage pots, a gird, or competence bonus to hit can be rough. One of my barbs actually uses weapon focus in place of improved critical with his mineral weapon simply b/c he hasnt grabbed his boots yet

(Planning for a 14/6 wf barb ranger would be very sick though.)
