Not only because of the slot which could be convenient, but even more so due to the lower Minimum Level of the items. Both the Eye and the Boots are min lvl 11, while a RR +5 Resistance Cloak is min lvl 15. They are all highly valued because they are difficult to obtain and desired by a variety of builds and gear schemes, simple supply and demand. Originally Posted by LordDamax

My bad. I've yet, to this day, ever seen a +5 resistance item not on named loot. Luck of the draw I guess.
