Lesser restore doesn't get rid of the choker debuff, which hurts it even more.

Wait, is this an issue for WF? They're immune to "regular" Rage fatigue, are they immune to this as well?

    Nope, not immune.

There's nothing that prevents or removes the debuff from the choker.

It's not just that you're boosted more than debuffed from the choker, but it's what you lose during your debuff. How many swings do you lose from being fatigued from the choker? You gain, on average, about 2.5 to 3 points of extra damage from the boost. But every swing you don't make (b/c you're slowed and swing a smaller number of times in a given timeframe) means you miss the full amount of damage that swing would've cost, whether it was 50, 60, 70, 80 points, etc. And with the fatigue, you're only swinging at 50% of normal speed. Pretty big debuff.

So it's not just that you're boosted more than fatigued, which is usually true. But you'd have to be boosted a whole heck of a lot more to make up for what you miss.

It can still be good in spots, but the wearer has to be very selective of when he wears it.

Or 200, 220 or 240 pts of dmg on a crit. I recommend using it to take a screenshot of your mid-50s str and your carrying capacity that will allow you to lug around an 80 ton Blue Whale. Then trade it to some unsuspecting schmo who doesn't yet realize how bad it will gimp his melee. Or, put it on your caster type as suggested by another poster.
