I just wanted to clarify why I posted the PC.

I have responded to all the PM's, but noticed a couple more reply's in thread. I have the Choker on one of my characters now "trying it out". I will either trade it or not this weekend. It will not go up for auction or anything like that. I simply needed a baseline value for the item. If I enjoy the item more then I would the goodies offered in trade I will keep it and let everyone know. If I believe I could use the offered goodies more then the choker then it will be traded this weekend 12/3 or 12/4.

The reason the title of the thread refers to a PC and not a direct trade/sale is because it is unknown if the item will actually be traded/sold, and I didn't want to mislead anyone. I even state in my original post that I'm unsure if this is the correct area for this type of thing, but since it would be traded/sold if the offered amount exceeded my usage of the item, I decided to post it here. If this is in error I will post similar topics in a different area in the future. Sorry for the inconvience.

Still looking for a viable use for the item. The slow down in attack speed greatly outweighs any benefit. If you could get around that though, it would be hugely valuable.

Put it on a caster .. get hit and get more hitpoints.. if you're swinging, you're wrong anyway (battlecasters excluded naturally )

2HF Barbarians with an extra +8 Str on red names is worth it.

Have you used it?
I used it on my Barbarian and had 55 STR or something ridiculous. The problem is that I was almost permanently fatigued, so whatever gain I received from the str boost was annihilated by the reduction in attack speed. So much so that I traded it immediately and have never looked back.

I do like the idea of having it on a caster/cleric/bard. Great idea.

Use it religiously for Raids only...my AC sucks, so that helps. Harry and Sally don't miss much and with that kind of DPS I usually get the agro...

Wait, is this an issue for WF? They're immune to "regular" Rage fatigue, are they immune to this as well?
