If you want to PvP I would reccomend maximize, empower and quicken are your MUST HAVE enhancements I also reccomend all the damage enhancements for your PvP spells. Think about swapping IMT for maximize. I roll both PvP and straight cleric as well as this build in human form. In my opinion you have to dedicate this build to either PvP or PvE. They are that different and one will not be good at the other.

Pros: 2 feet taller, and longer legs for striding
they're pimpier
you're pretty much immune to floating eyeballs, negative level whats that?
no need for AC +8 bracers, in fact can use chaosgardes, or leviks with little loss, considering you get AC 9 out of DT
you can use docent of corpsecraft until getting a kama or crafting DT
Con: 2 lower wisdom than comparative build, still not bad considering water stance is almost always active
slightly lower sp than dwarf, my wf would sit at roughly 1550 sp if I ever get off my lazy butt and craft an sp shroud item
no dwarven spell resistance
HP on either is the same, and frankly 1500+ sp is plenty to work with, and lower is also managable (and yes w/o spending alot too)
saves on the build are fine as is, so I dont see the spell resistance being a big factor (plus looking at my wf, I wouldnt know where to get the points for an entire additional line)
Shadowsteel [TR train wreck]
I did read the build.
This build seems to be a healer build. You indicated that you wanted 450 HP for PvP. You stated it was a "must".
The build as listed will be fine at healing, mediocre at offensive spell casting and poor in PvP.
The build as you have it listed will not be very good at PvP in my opinion, because you have no enhancements for the spells you will be using in PvP, therefore your PvP spell damage will be mediocre at best. You will be OK vs arcane with low hit points, but everyone else will be difficult to beat, especially PvP spec clerics and rangers.
Also your alignment will limit your spell selection in PvP. Some of the BEST PvP spells are only available to true neutral alignment clerics.
