Character Stuck at Login

Since Mod 8 has been released I have had about a 50% chance of being stuck where I am at when I log in.

I cannot move at all, but have complete connection, can chat with guildies and see others move around me and function normally. I cannot /death, I cannot log out, I can only quit.

I have to reconnect and start all over again. I have even logged in and the tavern will be completely empty of NPCs and tables, chair, etc but the other toons will be around and moving.

I have opened tickets on this with no response and its quicker to shutdown and restart than wait for a GM to get me unstuck.

Do you need more info and has this been reported by others ?
