No thanks. Don't need any ranged items. Mainly Khopeshes, gear, ingredients or plat.

The bow is a more useful item. you can use a silver arrow and overcome pit fiend dr. the rapier doesn't have that option.

the 5d6 + 4 would give you 21.5 extra dmg and would only therefore be worth using on normal runs where Harry's DR is 15 - on hard the DR goes above 21.5.
Still quite a nice rapier for the trash mobs.
