    Was not working that way in Prey for the party I was in. I personally went through the steps to log a ticket and waited for 10+ minutes with the white box. During this time others, who had already failed to get a ticket submitted, were looking for folks outside the quest to help. Once contacted, someone outside the quest had no issues generating the ticket.

    Default Update on ticket 'White Screen' in Prey on the Hunter

    Just wanted to get you an update on the issue people are having getting a white screen when attempting to submit a ticket in the quest Prey on the Hunter.

    We have found the problem. It is specific to certain locations in the quest itself. We will be correcting the issue in a future release (not sure the Jester can help you with this one).

    For now, as a work around, if you get yourself back to the entrance of the quest (using Dimension Door or recalling and re-entering), you should again be able to submit a ticket.

    Yeah, but it's an acceptable necro. You have to open up the coffin to spike the occupant properly.

    Re: the help system, the whole munging-a-web-page-into-a-dialogue-box mechanic works *extremely* poorly for me. I don't know about anyone else, but the bug page submission doesn't even fit in the dialogue box and and every pulldown flickers madly (not just in bug-report.) Anyone else have that problem?

    It's never worked particularly well for me either. I'm sure there's some really great reason why the in-game help system requires an out-of-game method, but it's always felt like it was glued on to the side of the product rather than an integral part. Sort of like duct taping a boom box to the roof of a car...
