Rumor has it there are a few of these cleansed tradeable greensteel items floating around. I could use one on my rogue who is currently still 16 shrouds shy from his next 20th completion.
If you have one and would like to make a big trade PM me what slot it's in and what it would take. I can utilize any item slot except the helm & cloak.

This gotta be worth a lot! Cause after mod8 IIRC they bind when cleansed. Really rare if not extinct item you are looking for.
