    Default Mkay, so no more in game support?

    I've put in three tickets trying to get a question answered today....tech support has closed all three tickets without talking to me. I was logged in the entire time....didn't the dm's used to send tells in game if you had a problem???? Oh, and still no answer to my question! Yay! I guess the customer isn't always right.

    I had a similar issue the other day. Looks like we're worse off now than back in the days of 6 hour wait time before the GMs finally got around to talking to you.

    The didn't get around to me, and they never shot me an email either.

    Yay! Gunga gave me a pointless, sarcastic response! I feel like I'm part of a club now.

    I have a toon that disappeared from my second account. My nephews (both 16, not little brats that mess with stuff) say that they didn't do it, and it's kinda hard to do it by accident, so I was just wondering if they could track when it happened and if it was from within my account or if there was some kind of glitch.

    No, I do not put in tickets often. I think the last one was in January when a boss didn't appear.

    My main issue here is that I never got an in-game response, just a response to my ticket that I would never have seen if I hadn't checked the status. If the toon's gone, whatever, she was just a mule and I'm a packrat. I'm mostly concerned at their lack of even pretend concern for a customer's issue.

    And it very well could be that one of them somehow screwed up and did delete a toon....but since when do we not even get an in-game response? Seriously, did they stop doing that?

    I submitted a ticket sunday and was responded to in less than 5 minutes, but it wasnt as involved as op's request it was an in game issue. Dunno, good luck.

    You can talk to someone live between 12pm and 8pm. Alsthough my problem has yet been fixed on one of my toons(even after they logged onto my account to verify the problem themselves), so don't hold your breath.

    I already tried live chat. They just told me that they weren't the right people to ask. I've pretty much resigned myself to never getting an answer.
