Currently, it does not.
Making it act like a Seeker bonus would significantly help towards increasing a Fighter's DPS.

They would make for some pretty sick (read: overpowered) enhancements if they worked like the Bloodstone does.
CA II is available at fighter level 4, which would just encourage more splashes.
Kensai III would be pretty sick too.
- CA IV: +8 crit damage
- Kensai Weapon Mastery: +2 damage, +4 crit damage (assuming this would stack with CA)
- Kensai III: +1 crit threat range
- Kensai Power Surge: +8 insight strength.
- Bloodstone: +6 crit damage
With a heavy pick that's... swweeeett

+72 damage on crits

14-12/x2
+14 damage
+36 damage on crits
Of course if they didn't stack with each other, it wouldn't be that uber.

Nope. But in the spirit of balance, I'd say it should.
It does not. But it should.... as follows.
A way to balance sword and board Fighters would be to make it work as a bloodstone as long as a single handed weapon was used...... Read: Critical Accuracy.
Since Accuracy is the basis of this then a S&B Fighter has less Brutal uncontrolled damage but a bit more control over "Where" to put the blade.
....*Sigh... just more wishful thinking though.

But I'd also want them to rework the line slightly than a slight seeker conversion.
A few suggestions:
1) Keep them as they are and add half their + value as a pre-crit damage value.
2) Decrease the total number of lines, and rework the levels at which they're gained. Make them exactly like seeker.
Both styles should stack with Seeker.
Perhaps if they worked similar to Kensai?

They would be worthwhile to take. Instead of as it stands now with them being worthless.
