When I log into the game, I get an error. "General Error accessing your account information. Try again later, and contact tech support if the problem persists."

I'm getting it, too, and I was already logged into the game. Now I can get to the splash screen and get the message.....

I got logged in and it said could not save character when I tried to pick a character to run. so I quit and rebooted ddo. Now I get the same error message.

Logged toon to switch from level 11 to lvl 16. was in game and running. brother is in game now no problems doing anything. I got the character cannot be saved error when in main char selection page. tried complete reboot of game and PC getting the " game error General error accessing your account information. I got in, but some areas I can't get to. Trying to get out to Threnal and it just bounces me back. The in game help panel shows the Turbine in maintenance graphic so I can't even submit a ticket. I'm on Sarlona, btw.
Per Cocomajobo - Ranged has easy access to AOE - apparently 3 feats, BAB 11 and Dex 19 is considered easy access these days. post here
