is there always a chance to land a glancing blow but with certain weapons it just doesnt come up that often?

If I have a dagger what are the odds of landing a glancing blow?

If I have a Great Axe what are the odds?

If I go all the way upto GTHF and use a great axe what are the odds?

Only two handers get glancing blows.

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about then you'll only get glancing blows with a two hander. Greataxe, great sword, falchion...etc.

On my barb they land every time they are supposed to. I believe there is one attack roll and if it hits one target then all targets get hit...I dont pay that much attention though...search for glancing blows, the Dev's have talked quite a bit about them.
