Default Breaking Hunter quest by charming

Someone decided to charm a wolf while going through.

The next ice wall then would not go down, not after 10 min of attempts, even after the wolf was killed off.

This has been a problem since Deleras started it on day 1. Is it at all possible, please, to stop having quests that fail because someone decides to charm a single creature?

And second - make barriers more consistent to drop.

The walls/floors will occasionally not break. Whether or not charming has occurred.

Maybe there is some randomness involved in what causes walls to break?

Seems to be a pretty negative type of randomness. Sometimes they break easily (hit em with a Fireball wand), sometimes, you need to kill a specific mob, sometimes you need to recall & reform (seen the last one three times, as the second ice floor would not break for ten minutes)
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

10 minutes of trying various things, and everyone blowing their mana after being attacked by dozens of monsters while sitting around at the wall is either broken or a real annoying quest mechanic.

Given how many failed quests due to shut doors Deleras had - is it too much to ask to stop using that kind of mechanic?

Just make it (x) amount of damage and then its no longer random - and quest breaking.
