I was wondering if you could make a twf finesse build drow bard character who uses light repeaters, and has a maxed out UMD.

That's all the pre-reqs I have.
I hope it's possible.
Oh, and I want her to be a spellsinger.
Because god knows how much I appreciate them spellsongs.

I have a full set of +1 tomes.
If you can, just take into account the tomes. No items, other than the finesse daggers I'll be using, and the light repeaters.

I do have access to pretty much all +6 items, but I'm hoping to get the basic skeleton of the build without the use of items. =)

Edit: And yes, I have 32 point builds. Sorry for not mentioning that right away. Lol

Warforged monk, 28 point build, base stats are 16 with as little tomes as possible. And greater two weapon fighting.
