Just my opinion on its value.... Any AC character isn't going to give up the 2 AC from the KDS and any non AC character can make tier 1 DT armor

well most ac builds probably wont and some can make first tier but u have to get lucky enough to get it on your dt armor

overall for a bard or cleric that doesnt care a whole lot about there ac and dont have a slot open for it its a nice armor

If it were +5 it would be worth maybe 200K+ to the right buyer. +4 however, most people just consider a stepping stone that they will be discarding soon. Thus maybe 20 to 30K.

Just my opinion. I could be way off.
