    Default Ticket solution :

    If you cant submit a ticket.
    The quick way around it is to have someone recall to town and submit one.
    Seems to work. (well, I,ll be sure when a GM contact us)

    Default same problem

    We had someone go right outside the quest to submit the ticket. Still waiting on a response.... and waiting... and waiting....
