Please Change the log in screen!

I have 9 characters... as i am sure most do. and now we can have 10 from mod 8?

But we still have the old clunky login screen to scroll thru to select characters...
It would be nice to, at minimum, see the font size decreased so I can see all my characters at once. I personally run the game at 1680x1050 and I am still forced to use this scroll bar. Lot of real estate lost there.

That is kinda annoying. I run mine on my 20" at 1600x1200 and I still got to scroll to see mine as well.

Look at it from the other perspective, if each character on the list is made relatively smaller, people with only 1 or 2 characters would have a ton of wasted space. You're complaining because too many characters don't fit withing the space but if it is changed, too few characters would be shown in too much space, assuming same screen size/resolution.

A solution would be to make the spacing dynamic, whereas each character listing takes up only the space it needs to make the whole listing more user-friendly and avoiding a scrollbar. However this simply would take too much dev time and knowing Turbine they'll spend time moving shrines in the Shroud by 2 feet before they do this

Come on Q, they only moved it a foot and a half. Don't exaggerate.

First off, it won't take a drastic font size to change the amount that fit on the screen.
Secondly, 1 or 2 wouldn't look much different than before.
Also, believe me, this is not complaining... If i wanted to talk about things in this game that actually bothered me... there would be a big list and THEN you could say I am complaining. I merely offer a suggestion for the many of us out there who have maxed character lists...

There are many solutions, even including at the least a way to reorder your list so that you could set your most played guys could be on top or in whatever order you choose.

That real deal is that some of the most rudimentary things in the game could use subtle changes to make them more acceptable.

Might the developers meet us in the middle?

Give us the option of changing the display size to accomodate the individual's preference. That way no one is forced into one system or the other. Players with few or many toons can see them big or small;whatever floats your boat or rocks your world.

If I rotate my view I can see a chest I cannot loot BOO!
