You need to take it off to see the change.

Also empower healing is a tempest rune.


And you need a new rune each time, you cant just put it in by it self and have it change.

Eldritch Runes:
20% Striding
25% Striding
Greater Resists
Stat Skills +3
Deathblock
Fearsome
Heavy Fort
Resistance +5
Lion Heart Proc
Feather Falling
Combustion VII
Greater False Life
Improved False Life
Healing amplification 10%

Its healing amplification 10%- which is eldrich. Also I had it off.
The 2nd has greater elemental spell power
3rd has greater fire resist.

Ps i also heard that if the runes stack then they are coded with the same effect. I know 2 was stacked not surer about the other 2. Any info on this as well?
