Terrible lottery system bump.

Got my preferred sovereign rune on my cleric's second DT outfit. Just checking how many eldrich I need to horde to ensure I get what I want.

That's very surprising. AFAIK nothing's supposed to have changed.

Why doesn't Heightened Awareness (+4 Insight AC) stack with the Levik's Set bonus?

I just added it and was expecting +4 AC and only got +1 AC. Since Levik's already provides +3 Insight AC.

I thought all Insight AC stacked except for similar ones (Chattering Ring vs the Sov +3 Dodge AC).

Saw the posts from 2008 about it or similar topic. So Leviks doesnt stack even with +4 Shroud Insight AC... I see no reason to persue it then.

Insight bonuses don't stack. It's not the same as dodge bonuses.

I think the DDOWiki is incorrect. Can you buy Dragonshard Essences by turning in Draconic Runes to Vorace? Do Dragonshard Essences also drop in quests?

I have in the past. Good way to avoid skip one of the quests if you only have the other two essences.
