Draconic Runes needed for trade:
50 = 1 Dragontouched armor.
40 = 1 Eldritch Rune.
80 = 1 Tempest Rune.
120 = 1 Sovereign Rune.

This will probably make more sense as I misread it like some other posters and had to search the thread for clarification.

It's the weapon effect "Smiting", not Paladin Holy Smite.

Smiting on Armour should be defensive, so if a construct/WF hits you there is a chance he will need to save vs smite.

If the Smiting on an Armour gives the smiting ability to every weapon you wield then i am deleting my WF

Smiting Guard would have been a better description then if this is the case.

Also, confirming that Spell Pen VIII drops on Tier 2 (Tempest).

Sounds about right, Ill test it if I get it, as I have the breacer and shield.

Hmmm, thants kinda a let down if its true.

Set bonus for two items is +3 insight and costs the +2 dodge from the chaosguarde. One would almost be better with leviks on the armor and the shield vs all 3.

That depends if you use the Str on the breacer as your +6 str item.
