My entire group can't submit a ticket. The dragon is bugged out on Prey of the Hunter and
we can't even report it! Please advise!-- Barriers are up over the essence cheast and dragon
won't talk to us either. We are stuck in a bug. Is there anyway to advance?

Submitting a ticket seems to be down in Ghalanda

Same thing with us - Have someone go outside and sub it - we just got a gm as we speak...
Submitter stuck in a load screen LOL (not funny but luck of the quest so far).
NM he is running back to us

After he went out to submit to come back in there is little way for the reporter to get back to us

Laughable
We got a gm, but he could not help us. They finished quest but we could not get the essence chest. He told us we need a senior GM, but to get it WE HAVE TO SUBMIT A TICKET! We can't submit a ticket while in this quest.

Unbelievable
The GM was able to complete the quest for us, but not let us have access to the essence chest. We could care less about the completion. We were going to kill the dragons and get the essence. I know this is the mo for GM help, but since it seems that you cannot submit tickets in a quest (or at least this one), you would think the GM's are not very busy right now and would be able to supply some degree of customer service. We SAVED the dragon and have completed the quest, but the dragon BUGGED so we were not able to talk to him.

I appreaciate all the work that gets done by devs and gms. The quest is a lot of fun and I enjoy the challeng. I am just frustrated that we had been told that we could not be helped. I have submitted bug reports and hopefully this gets fixed so no one else has to go through this. Better luck next time. I wanted to kill the dragons again!
