This is Paragon. I would also accept Pseudonatural Kobolds. Nothing says welcome to epic levels like fighting kobolds that will tear you to pieces. Granted, that would be a little overpowering, so Aspenor, I would take your suggestion as well, or just being able to play some of the more "monster" races. I'd even be fine if they use them as favor rewards and leave the core races for everyone.
