and disable ur antivirus and internet prot before doing the launcher, can bring them back up when the launcher is done, heck it might work with them enabled, but I thought I would try all or nothing

THANK YOU!! IT WORKED!!! For anyone else having this problem, I can verify that Blacksteele was correct in suggesting the fix above and turning off virus/internet prot. I had already tried disabling virus/internet prot and it didn't work. I also did the two downloads and tried to launch with protections on and that didn't work either. But doing the downloads AND disabling protections did the trick! Thanks again!

Well, I just tried starting the game up this morning, and it went passed the waiting stage.....hmm. I am finally in the game once again! Thanks for everyones help with this, and thanks to whoever did the fix for this. Good luck to everyone else who was having this problem.

Just FYI I tried all of this, but since the LOTR upgrade, my DDO is stuck on examine programs. What should I do next?

I had to do the above plus Clean Boot and Turn OFF UAC.

So far its loading...
