UPDATE ERROR 40000 - help pls

Here's the error I've encountered when I logged on today. This occurs middle of downloading.


System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at PatchWrapper.CPatcherClass.UseTime()
at com.turbine.launcher.Services.Patcher.UseTime()


Can somebody help?

Step one.. reboot your computer and try again.. make sure all applications are closed besides DDO when you launch it..

I did as you have suggested but I still get the error
