No the new aa ability that was released with mod 8 is for 10 sp you summon 100 ghost touch arrows with 1d6 force dmg applied. They bind when you get them and are destroyed when you log. They do not drop when you leave quests. My guess is this is a way to controll how many you can summon while in a tavern and then go into the quest with full mana and full supply of the summoned arrows.

Also the flame arrows made with a wand of flame arrow do not go into the quiver either. I think there might be a bug with all conjured arrows.
