Monk AC +1 at Level 1, 2, or 3?

Thinking of splashing 2 levels of Monk and wanted to verify which level you get your first centered +1 bonus to AC. I have reviewed this forum extensively and seen many responses of 1, 2, and 3.

Well, folks, it can only be one of those, so which is it? :-)

monk ac bonust a 1, 5, 10, 15....

Well, I just built a test character and I can confirm this is incorrect. I did not get an uncentered bonus at Level 1. So it is either Level 2 or Level 3.

Any takers??

It is 2. I recently started a character Rogue/Monk/Monk. First level of Monk did not bring the bonus. Second level did.

(About incorrect info: You forgot to mention that "0" has also been printed in several places, whatever that would mean.)

I did a cleric/monk combo and I did not see the "cenetered" bonus to AC until I took the second monk level.
