Good luck with that. You may find a taker but it's more likely you won't.

Why? Generally, it's believed a tome that improves a physical stat (Str, Dex, Con) is worth more than a tome that improves a mental stat (Int, Wis, Cha).

Therefore, while you might find it easy to trade a physical stat tome for another physical stat tome or a mental stat tome for another mental stat tome, you will most likely find it difficult to trade a mental stat tome (i.e. your Wis tome) for a physical stat tome (i.e. the Dex tome) you want.
