crashing when launching game

game client is crashing every time i start the game on any server. I saw the post saying you may crash if you don't disable DX10, but risia won't even connect to let me disable it. I tried the function that resets graphics settings but that just crashes the client too. Error report is as follows:

That's giving a memory error of some sort, can you please post a full dxdiag, but also go into my documents>ddo and delete the userpreferences.ini file and try playing again.
