First time DDO gamer. My speaker keeps emitting a loud clicking noise when I log in even when the speaker is on mute. Does not go away no matter what I do in sound options. As soon as I log out of DDO it stops. Anyone have this problem and a solution?

Please post a dxdiag so we can try to see what may be causing the problem. - first you can try changing the sound format ingame to "software" if it is set on any sort of hardware mode.
