Hi I have a friend that play's He seems to have a problem with the account servers, each time he logs in he has to re type in all his info of his credit card, and if he plays for an hour he gets booted and has to retype the same info of the same card and then he temporarily has access again
He has played for 2 yrs now and a problem like this never happened b4
Help would be appreciated by both of us

wow, thats a new one to me. Never heard of such an issue... Sounds like a info retention issue with the server. Odd that it would single him out though. Have him check the expiration date on the Credit Card.

Definitely odd, unfortunately he would need to wait till monday to contact account support if this is still happening.
