My friend just sent me a trial account and I created my account but I cannot log in!!! what can I do? Is there a fix for this on the way?

Well, lets start with what the problem is...shall we?

Can you log into billing.turbine.com??
I know you are a free 10 day trial, but I think you should still be able to log into that site to get specific details about your account.
Have you tried support.turbine.com?

This is a server misconfiguration problem, nothing the user has done. Tolero has already said they are working on it.

Ahoy mates,
I'm also having log in trouble, but if it helps heres the exact details of the problem
On the server/world select screen all that are displayed are Red "No Entry" Signs. I can access my account via the web and it says all is active and a OK.
If this is the same problem as the one currently being resolved can i get an update please, or if this is something i'm doing wrong please direct me. As i want to make the most of my trial time which is rapidly dwindling.

yup it's a bit unsatisfactory as quite often a guest trial account is the first experience new players get of the game, and the expression 'first impressions count' isn't just an expression. Originally Posted by netbsd

If I were Turbine I would come in and give an update, be honest if it's not going to be until Monday's restart, and then offer all the trial accounts an extension.
