All game world closed for trial account?

I got a trial account, right now, after this day's downtime, all game world display "closed", is this a problem with trial account? Or with all account?

Same issue here, killer to all that is, I have lost a day of this trial because of these errors. Its 930am EST. Any idea what we should do? We are afterall your new customers.... and I am already addicted! -sniffle-

Still busted, nearly 3 days of trial time wasted.

I hope this game is brilliant as im pioneering this for our Real Life D+D group and had really high hopes for playing this.

Sorry to hear that you guys are getting hosed on the trial right now. I hope you are able to get in soon or at least try it again at a later date. 2 of my old PnP buddies came on about 2 years ago and we have been having a blast 3-manning quests like the old days.

hey, dont be discouraged. honestly you came right at the peak of them prepping us for the new player experience by updating all of our servers, and honestly trying to make the game easier to play for us all. the mod is on the horizon, and i would be lying if i didn't say i was frustrated with them as well. more communicado would be nice on occasion, but they work their tails off, at least from what I've seen. dont let this scare you away. Hopefully they do the right thing and not count how long you've been out and let you continue your trial. I was a pnp player, hurting to find a good mmo, WOW didnt do it for me, neither did everquest and i read the books, so i didnt feel like going on to LOTR. good people are here, just *shifty eyes* be wary of the first time battle clerics. either frustration or hilarity ensues.

all in all after all of my babling, stick with it, if the trial runs out, whats $15 for a months of entertainment? you spend that on a movie ticket and box of redvines, mmmm red vines. *homer drool* seriously though the down time is due to them catering to the new platyers, and i would prefer the hiccups to happen now rather than on mod release. now carry on.

I got to try the game for all of about 20 minutes before server's went down for the upgrade, since then all server's have been closed as well. While the game seemed interesting for that 20 minutes, I must say I'm a little leery of paying to play a game that's had it's new people (which they're supposed to be trying to attract) locked out for days with no further update than "we're aware"
